Here is what the template looks like and the layout below is what I did with it using WM[squared]'s Month by Month Vol 1 Collection, she just released Vol2 as well this week and it is so fun! It is a collection you will for sure want to make a part of your stash if you do alot of 365 layouts! They are available as well at ScrapMatters in her store!
